What is the shelf life of your products?

Our liquid products use airless pump technology to minimize environmental exposure, reducing contamination risk and extending shelf life to about 2-3 years after first use. For hygiene reasons, we recommend replacing eye products—such as mascara and liquid liner—every 4-6 months after opening, as each use introduces bacteria from the air into the product.

With natural preservatives like coconut oil, unopened products can last approximately 3 years. To maintain quality, please keep them out of direct sunlight and avoid extreme temperatures, as this can cause cream products to melt.

Orders & Shipping

When will my products be shipped?

You should receive a confirmation email once payment for your order has been processed. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a fulfillment confirmation along with a tracking number to trace the movement of your package.

Please feel free to contact customer service if you do not receive any shipping information within 48 hours of your order confirmation.

My order arrived but it is damaged! What should I do?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return & exchange policy?

  • You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after 14 days.
  • We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
  • To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Exchanges can be made for items of equal or greater value. If you exchange for a higher-value item, you can pay the difference; however, no refunds will be issued for lower-value exchanges.
  • You can expect your refund within four weeks of handing the package to the return shipper. This timeframe includes transit (5-10 business days), processing once we receive the return (3-5 business days), and your bank’s processing time (5-10 business days).

I have opened or used a product - can I still return it?

All products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

What items are non-refundable?

Items that have been opened or used, along with free gifts and clearance items, are not eligible for refunds.
