I purchased a travel palette together with a pressed foundation, and the items arrived promptly. However, I noticed scratches at the bottom of the palette. Although this does not affect its functionality, it does make me question whether the item is truly new, especially since the box was not sealed. Otherwise, the palette looks ideal, as it comes with a mirror and a tray to store a sponge.
Liht Organics offered a replacement, but it requires returning the original item at my own cost. While this may be part of their standard procedure, it still means additional expense and effort on my end for an issue that was not caused by me, which makes it feel as though I am being pressured to keep a 'less than perfect' product.
